Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026
Up Already is an alarm clock app for iPhone made by Daniel Brior ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.
The short version
We don't collect any personal information. Up Already has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking, and it doesn't include third-party code that collects data. Everything you set up in the app stays on your iPhone.
Information stored on your device
To work, Up Already saves the following on your iPhone:
- Your alarms: times, repeat days, labels, and settings.
- Your wake-up items: the names and locations you give them and the barcode numbers you scan.
- A short history of recent alarms, such as when each one rang and how it was turned off.
This information is never sent to us or anyone else. It may be included in your iPhone backups (iCloud or your computer), which are handled by Apple according to your backup settings. Deleting the app deletes this information from your iPhone.
Camera
Up Already uses the camera only while you're scanning a barcode, to read the barcode on your device. It doesn't take, store, or send photos or video.
Alarms
Up Already asks for permission to schedule alarms so that iOS can ring them, even in Silent mode or during Focus. Scheduling alarms doesn't share any information with us.
Information Apple may share with us
If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone's settings, Apple may give us crash reports and aggregated usage statistics that don't identify you. You can turn this off at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
Children
Up Already doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
